A few positions are still open for Spring 2009 in some of China’s leading universities
ERRC has the following opportunities available this spring for teachers who are ready to share their heart with university students in one of the world's most rapidly changing countries. If you are ready to make the investment of a lifetime, consider the following opportunities.

  • Teach English to PhD students at Peking University (mid February – June)
  • Teach Oral and Written English to government officials in Taian, Shandong (Feb-Apr)
  • Teach American Culture and Literature in Taian, Shandong  (mid February – June)
  • For more detail on these Spring 2009 openings go to Immediate Openings.
  • Go to Summer for openings for summer 2009.
  • Go to University Teaching Program for openings for fall 2009.

Most of these positions are one semester commitments (mid-September 2008 to mid-January 2009), while some are for one year. The host institutes will provide free furnished housing and monthly stipends that are more than sufficient for living in China. One way or round trip international airfare will be reimbursed, depending on length of teaching term. Other benefits may be available. Applicants must have strong professional credentials for the courses they wish to teach, be mature Christians, have excellent health, be teachable and flexible. Applicants must also be willing to join the ERRC Partnership Team and be willing to raise funds for the cost of partnership and international medical insurance.
